Worthit Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Affiliate Marketing Executive to expand our affiliate network through direct field engagement. The role involves visiting customer locations, onboarding new affiliates, setting up promotional stalls, and assisting customers with registration using QR codes and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customer locations, markets, commercial areas, and events to promote the company's affiliate program.
Identify and onboard new affiliates by explaining the benefits and business opportunities.
Assist customers and affiliates with registration using QR codes and online onboarding processes.
Set up and manage promotional stalls, kiosks, and awareness campaigns at designated locations.
Demonstrate the company's products, services, and affiliate program to prospective customers.
Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and QR code displays.
Ensure accurate collection of customer and affiliate registration details.
Build and maintain solid relationships with affiliates and customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and registration targets.
Report field activities, customer feedback, and onboarding status to the reporting manager.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image during field activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching and interacting with customers.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital registration processes.
Ability to explain products and affiliate programs clearly.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 2- 4 years experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in field sales, affiliate marketing, customer acquisition, or promotional activities is an advantage.
