Desired Candidate Profile:
• Ph.D. in Management with 15 years of experience
• Master’s degree in Management with a strong academic record
• Significant teaching, research, and academic-administration experience in a reputed institution
• Prior experience as Director, Dean, Head of Department, or in a comparable academic leadership position
• Strong record of research publications and academic contributions
• Sound understanding of accreditation, ranking, and regulatory frameworks
