Job Summary

Oracle Fusion Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically HCM, Finance, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM- Projects). The ideal candidate will provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, support quarterly Oracle updates, and collaborate with business users to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 - Level 3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Projects modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues within agreed SLAs.
Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Support Oracle quarterly patch updates by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and validation.
Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.




Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Maintain application security, user roles, and data access controls.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in change management, release management, and production deployments.
