Skills Required: Knowledge of Steel/Metal and Auction process

Location: Angul (Local candidates are preferred)

Job Purpose
To support the smooth and effective execution of online auction operations by coordinating auction events, creating material lots, interacting with clients and buyers, monitoring material lifting, maintaining operational records, and preparing management reports. The role ensures timely execution of operational activities while providing effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Online Auction Operations
Coordinate and schedule online auction events as per the business calendar.
Communicate auction schedules and event-related information to relevant stakeholders.
Create auction lots based on offered material specifications and material categories.
Ensure accuracy of lot information before auction publication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth auction execution.

Client Interaction & Buyer Coordination
Act as the primary coordination point for clients and H1 buyers regarding operational activities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with H1 buyers to ensure timely lifting and evacuation of materials.
Address operational queries within the defined scope and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the auction lifecycle.
3. Lifting Monitoring & Operational Follow-up
Monitor material lifting status after auction completion.
Track pending lifting activities and escalate delays where required.
Ensure timely closure of operational activities through continuous follow-up.
Maintain records of buyer interactions, lifting status, and action taken.
4. MIS & Reporting
Collect, organize, and maintain operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Generate reports related to auction
