Position Summary: The Senior Product Development Engineer will support the future localization initiatives by providing hands-on technical support for product scale-up, pilot trials, manufacturing transfers, and process validation activities. This role will serve as a key link between Product Development Engineering and the manufacturing site, helping accelerate commercialization and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pilot and production trials for new product introductions and localization projects.
Execute process validation activities and collect process data during trials.
Assist with equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Prepare raw materials, formulations, samples, packaging, shipment requests, and trial documentation.
Maintain accurate records, test results, technical documentation, and trial summaries.
Work closely with PDE engineers, manufacturing, quality, supply chain,



and operations teams to resolve process and manufacturing-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing, pilot plant, laboratory, process engineering, product development, or scale-up setting.
Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills for process, equipment, and manufacturing issues.
Experience supporting pilot trials, manufacturing transfers, process validation, and product commercialization activities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and safety mindset.
