Job Role: Technical Consultant Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST) Work Mode: Hybrid Total/Relevant Exp: 7+/5+ yrs Joining Timeline: Post 15th September 2026 Key Responsibilities: Application Support & Maintenance Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.

Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed. Integration & Development Support Support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages portal integrations and manage message flows, orchestrations, and pipelines.

Assist in maintaining and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM applications that utilize Power Pages or Adxstudio portals.

Collaborate with developers to deploy patches, updates, and new features. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps,



and standard operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM support and development.

Solid experience with Power Pages and Adxstudio Portals.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud CRM.

Experience using Dataverse and CRM SDK-related components.

Experience with front-end scripting using jQuery and JavaScript.

Experience using Liquid and Meta Defender.

Experience with AI coding and automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Exposure to performance tuning and security hardening for applications.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
