Role and Responsibilities
- .Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- .Translate business requirements into transparent user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status updates.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking activities.
