This is a senior technical leadership role for an architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise SaaS platforms. The role will focus on building modern, resilient technology solutions that can support complex healthcare workflows and large-scale enterprise requirements.

You will provide architectural direction while working closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Requirements Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap for the platform.

- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Lead platform modernization, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability initiatives.
- Establish architecture standards, engineering principles, development practices, and technical governance.
- Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first design, and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and review distributed systems capable of supporting high-volume enterprise workloads.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor architects, technical leads, senior engineers, and engineering teams.
- Promote automation, observability, continuous delivery, and engineering excellence.
- Guide teams in improving application performance,



availability, scalability, and security.
- Ensure appropriate application and platform security practices, including adherence to OWASP best practices.
- Drive effective use of monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions and AI-assisted software development practices.
- Support technical planning, risk management, and architectural decision-making across major initiatives.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

- Experience with databases and distributed data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Experience in Healthcare SaaS, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is highly desirable.
