About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Backend Engineer Technical Interviewer to evaluate candidates working on AI platforms, backend systems, APIs, and LLM-based applications. The interviewer should possess strong backend engineering experience along with practical exposure to modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews for AI Backend Engineer positions.
- Evaluate backend architecture and API design expertise.
- Assess coding, system design, and problem-solving skills.
- Evaluate practical knowledge of LLMs and AI application development.
- Provide comprehensive interview feedback with hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Backend Engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM integration.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interviewing technical candidates.
