The Opportunity As a Technical Solution Architect, you will own, drive, and lead product engineering efforts, designing robust and scalable software solutions for global enterprise customers. You will provide architectural and technical leadership while being hands-on with coding, helping teams navigate complex engineering challenges.

You will contribute to high-level strategic decisions, build high-performance teams, and ensure the adoption of best engineering practices to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable, distributed, and high-performance SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.

Be hands-on with coding, ensuring high-quality technical solutions using multiple programming languages and frameworks.





Guide teams on technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Build and manage high-performing product engineering teams and foster an innovative culture.

Establish and institutionalize software engineering best practices - architecture/design principles, source control, code reviews, unit testing, test automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Own technical roadmap and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of systems.

Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to engineers and lead design discussions.

Drive thought leadership in emerging technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements BE/MS in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software development for global customers.

Polyglot programmer with experience in multiple tech stacks (Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript) and deep expertise in Java-based open-source frameworks and technologies.

Proven hands-on technical leadership with strong coding capabilities.

Experience in designing microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.

Strong experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines,



containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and managing engineering delivery.

Demonstrated success in delivering high-complexity enterprise SaaS products across multiple customers.

Expertise in Agile project management in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment between business and technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset, risk-taking ability, and decision-making skills to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
