Quality Analyst for AP:

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Shift Timing: Flexible to work across all shifts

Experience: Minimum 8 years in Quality Analyst roles

Role Overview The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring process compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across AP operations. The role requires solid hands-on QA experience, familiarity with QC tools, and the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities

- Process Quality Assurance: Monitor AP invoice processing, indexing, and exception handling to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Vendor Query Review: Validate responses to vendor/client queries via email/phone for accuracy and compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Review GR-IR reports and periodic AP activity reports for quality and accuracy.
- Issue Resolution Oversight: Ensure timely closure of open issues and validate corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- QC Tools & RCA: Apply QC tools and conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify gaps and drive improvements.




- System & Methodology: Validate SAP methodology usage and reporting procedures.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit readiness.

Primary / Mandatory Skills

- QA Experience: Strong hands-on Quality Assurance background in Accounting/Financial/BPO-P2P industry.
- QC Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with QC tools and RCA methodologies.
- SAP ERP: Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify gaps, resolve queries, and recommend improvements.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and precision in validating processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting systems.
