Experience: 4+ Years | Product-Based Company Experience Required Are you a hands-on full-stack engineer who loves building products, solving problems, and taking ownership? About theElefant.ai theElefant.ai is India’s first app-based toy and book subscription library, on a mission to make sustainable, skill-based play accessible to every household.

We’re now bringing our tech function in-house and are looking for a Tech Lead who can take ownership of our technology roadmap and help build our future engineering team.

What You’ll Work On

? Own and shape the technology roadmap

? Build and scale web & mobile products

? Work hands-on with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL & Flutter

? Establish coding standards, best practices and code reviews

? Lead the transition of our existing technology from external partners

? Manage deployments, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure

? Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Business teams

? Mentor engineers and help build the future tech team What We’re Looking For





✅ 4+ years of full-stack development experience

✅ Product-based company experience is mandatory

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js

✅ Robust command of React.js / Next.js

✅ Good experience with PostgreSQL

✅ Familiarity with Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks

✅ Knowledge of AWS / Vercel / CI-CD

✅ Experience leading projects or mentoring developers

✅ Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

- Experience scaling consumer apps or marketplaces
- Exposure to microservices or serverless architecture
- Knowledge of analytics, performance monitoring and security
