We are looking for an experienced

Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our scalable, cloud-native platform. You will lead a team of full stack engineers building CRM and portal solutions on the

MERN stack

, architecting microservices deployed on

AWS

. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be expected to code, review, mentor, and make key architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture and development of scalable web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN)

.

- Design and implement microservices-based architecture to support high-availability, scalable platforms.

- Own technical design for

CRM and Portal products, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on

AWS

(EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform).

- Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide a team of full stack developers; conduct code reviews and technical training.

- Ensure application scalability, security, and performance through proper design patterns and monitoring.





- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis for critical systems.

- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency.

- Manage sprint planning, technical estimations, and delivery timelines in coordination with project managers.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with

Node.js, Express.js, React.js, MongoDB

(MERN stack).

- Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures

.

- Solid experience with

AWS cloud services

— deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.

- Experience building

CRM systems, admin portals, or B2B/B2C SaaS platforms

.

- Strong understanding of

RESTful APIs, GraphQL

, and third-party integrations.

- Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Valuable grasp of database design

— both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, caching (Redis), and message queues

(Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS).

- Experience with

Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
