Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tech Faculty role based in Jaipur.

The Tech

Faculty member will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops in technology-related subjects aligned with ImaginXP’s future-skills curriculum.

Responsibilities include designing course materials, updating syllabi based on industry trends, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learner success. The role involves mentoring students on projects and internships, coordinating with academic and administrative teams,



and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching methods and learning outcomes.

The Tech

Faculty member will also participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic events, and support initiatives that strengthen industry connections and placement readiness.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in relevant domains (e.g., software development, data science, UI/UX, emerging technologies) and the ability to teach these subjects effectively.
- Proficiency in curriculum design, lesson planning, and the use of modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Experience mentoring students on academic projects, internships, and career development, with a focus on industry readiness.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, including e-learning apps and online content delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; teaching or training experience in higher education or Ed-tech is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving academic requirements, and contribute to institutional growth.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and continuous professional development in emerging technologies.
