Build the Future of Community-Driven Digital Payments

Impact Pay is building a next-generation fintech platform that goes beyond digital payments. Our mission is to empower merchants, entrepreneurs, and communities through a technology platform that combines UPI payments, business growth, financial services, AI, and community commerce.

We are looking for a Technology Co-Founder (CTO) who is passionate about building products from the ground up and wants to create one of India's most impactful fintech platforms.

This is not a salaried corporate role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner who is willing to build, innovate, and grow the company together.

What You'll Lead

- Architect and build the complete Impact Pay mobile application ecosystem.
- Design scalable backend infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Lead Android, iOS, and web application development.
- Build secure APIs and payment integrations.
- Integrate UPI, payment gateways, banking APIs, KYC, and fintech services.
- Implement AI-powered features to improve merchant engagement and customer experience.
- Establish security, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Build and lead the engineering team as the company scales.
- Drive the product roadmap alongside the Founder and business leadership.
- Prepare the technology stack and documentation for investor due diligence.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience building scalable mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter or React Native.
- Experience with Node.js, Java, Go,



or Python backend development.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and micro services.
- Experience integrating payment gateways and fintech APIs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, authentication, encryption, and secure coding practices.
- Experience leading engineering teams is highly preferred.
