Role & responsibilities

- Analysis of business performance of group companies, industry research and competitor benchmarking

- Preparation of investor communication materials including investor deck and earnings presentations.

- Maintain and update investor relations database, tracking changes in shareholding patterns and analyst coverage

- Track and analyse the stock market performance of RPSG Group companies and their peer companies.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management which includes capital market updates, sector updates, investor feedback, sentiment, and key issues.

- Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and analyst interactions.

- Maintain compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research of Indian companies, Corporate Finance, FP&A; , Strategy or Indian Capital Markets.

- Prior experience in an Indian listed company or financial institution will be preferred.

- Solid understanding of financial modelling and valuations
