We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Leader for our Ambala Branch who can lead the team, drive business growth, and manage visa operations efficiently.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in the overseas education/immigration industry.
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve monthly targets.
Handle end-to-end student counseling and visa processes.
Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in visa filing and documentation.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure high service quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and visa regulations.
Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
Proven business development and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
