- Assist the manager to ensure that the service commitment is being fulfilled.

- Maintain training activities for staffs

- Knowledge of proper use of all equipment and utensils in service area

- Will share the responsibility for proper communication between guests and management

- Familiar with the menu and make sure it is presented properly

- Will assign certain side work that must be completed prior to the opening or closing of the outlet

- Please and helpful attitude toward each guest, watch for the arrival of guests

Always relay customer complaints to manager
