We are looking for an experienced Team Leader cum Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale multistoried building projects in Odisha.

Eligibility Criteria

- 15–17 years of total professional experience.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management / Project Management (Mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in planning, design, and execution of B1+B2+G+7 or higher residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership role involving project management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Successfully completed at least two similar projects of B1+B2+G+7 or higher configuration. (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in:
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Project Execution & Monitoring
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordination with Government Departments, ULBs & Statutory Boards




- Managing Architectural, Structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with DPR & MPR preparation and project implementation .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Prepare and review DPRs, MPRs, and project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Mentor project teams and drive timely project delivery.
