Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of education sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive daily sales operations with a focus on improving lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze team performance using KPIs, set targets, and ensure goal achievement.
- Provide training, coaching, and development support to enhance team skills and sales capabilities.
- Manage escalations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure process compliance, timely reporting, and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with organizational goals.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in team handling, preferably in sales or education sector.
- Solid communication skills in Gujarati and English (Gujarati mandatory).
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Sales-driven approach with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
