- Lead and manage AR teams, ensuring client SLAs and operational targets are achieved
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor team performance
- Handle client escalations and drive process improvements
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid understanding of AR processes, payer guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency in AR software, MS Excel, and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
