We are looking for a Team Lead - US Non-IT Staffing to lead a dynamic recruiting team supporting leading US clients across multiple industries. If you have a proven track record of managing recruiters, driving placements, and handling high-volume hiring requirements, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and mentor a team of US Non-IT recruiters

✅ Drive recruitment delivery and team performance against hiring targets

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT positions

✅ Partner with Account Managers and Client Teams to prioritize hiring needs

✅ Build sourcing strategies for both volume and niche requirements

✅ Ensure quality submissions, faster turnaround times, and successful placements

✅ Track recruiter productivity, submissions, interviews, and placements

✅ Coach team members and implement best recruiting practices

What We're Looking For: ✔ 5-8 years of US Staffing experience

✔ Minimum 3 years in US Non-IT Recruitment

✔ At least 2 years of team handling experience

✔ Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ATS platforms

✔ Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, US Work Authorizations, and US hiring processes

✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred

⭐ MSP/VMS recruiting experience

⭐ Experience with Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar ATS platforms

⭐ Immediate joiners preferred
