Position: Team Lead - Collections Location: Hyderabad CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Day Shift) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead - Collections to lead and manage a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate should have a robust collections background, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and collection processes.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection executives to achieve collection targets.

- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track and improve key collection metrics such as recovery rates, PTP conversions, and delinquency management.
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving customer queries related to collections.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze collection trends and implement action plans for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve collection-related issues efficiently.




- Drive employee engagement and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills - Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Collections, or significant experience in collections with team handling exposure.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, recovery strategies, and customer handling.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate

Profile - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or BPO Collections.

- Proven track record of managing team performance and achieving collection targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
