We're Hiring: Team Lead Employee Reimbursements

Are you an experienced professional with strong communication skills and a passion for process excellence? We're looking for a Team Lead to manage employee reimbursement operations and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee reimbursement processes (Travel, Food, Mobile, and other employee claims)

Review and validate reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies

Resolve employee queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Ensure timely processing, accuracy, and compliance

Lead the team to achieve operational excellence and meet service level agreements (SLAs)

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Experience in employee reimbursements and expense management

SAP experience is preferred

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Team handling experience is an added advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Pune

Experience: 4–7 Years

CTC: Up to 8 Lakhs P.A.
