We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Microsoft Technologies with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in .NET Core , excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor development teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C# .




- Drive technical architecture, code reviews, and implementation of best coding practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs , microservices, and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Guide the team in adopting modern development practices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills :-

- 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core , and SQL Server .
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs .
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services and deployment pipelines is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes , and containerized application deployment is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD , and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, OOP concepts, and SOLID principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
