Team Leader (BPO/Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated team leader to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.

Handle team escalations and resolve employee concerns professionally.

Coordinate with managers and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of current team members.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Maintain productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate).





1–2 years of experience in a team leader or team handling role.

Experience in BPO, Customer Service

Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary

Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (based on experience and company standards).
