Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead IT Recruitment with strong expertise in contract hiring to lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end IT recruitment, mentoring recruitment teams, driving hiring targets, and building solid client and stakeholder relationships. The candidate should be capable of handling high-volume hiring while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters handling contract hiring requirements.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

- Allocate requirements among recruiters and monitor daily hiring progress to ensure target achievement.

- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to improve sourcing strategies, recruiter productivity, and overall performance.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and hiring priorities.

- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.

- Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and provide constructive feedback.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs such as TAT, submission quality, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer-to-join ratio.

- Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and share hiring updates with management.

- Stay updated on IT technologies,



market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, ATS updates, and company policies.

- Handle client escalations, resolve hiring challenges, and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative hiring strategies for niche IT skills.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on contract hiring.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.

- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, and ERP technologies.

- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in recruitment metrics and dashboards.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.

- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment management tools.

- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- Experience handling multiple clients and high-volume contract hiring.

- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and vendor management processes.

- Experience in workforce planning, team performance management, and recruitment strategy.
