We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead the planning,
execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a
robust background in digital and performance marketing, campaign management, brand
development, and customer acquisition. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional
teams to drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support product marketing
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
and growth targets.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media,
email, search, display, and offline channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness through data-driven
marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools,



identify optimization opportunities,
and maximize marketing ROI.
• Support product launches by developing go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns,
and customer engagement programs.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, Compliance, and Design teams to
ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-
quality marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify
emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines
and objectives.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to
senior management.
