This role sits at the intersection of social media, AI-led creativity, design thinking, and content strategy — perfect for someone who enjoys building recent-age, high-impact digital communication.

Role & responsibilities





Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc
Prepare content calendars in line with the agreed strategy
Ideate, draft, edit and post engaging SM posts, articles, and short-format videos in keeping with the strategy and calendar
Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to generate fresh ideas that make Winpe stand out in any social media feed
Execute social media campaigns as and when required
Track performance across platforms (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) and act on what the data tells you
Grow reach, followers, and engagement across all platforms
Assist with presentations, banners, brochures, and marketing collaterals (as per requirement)
