About the Role
RND Experts is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, are eager to learn, and have an interest in IT sales and client acquisition, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other online marketplaces.
Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Send connection requests, proposals, and follow-up messages to prospective clients.
Communicate with clients via email, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the senior sales team.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, or other freelancing/business networking platforms.
Confident,



proactive, and eager to learn.
Good internet research and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any graduate stream.
Internship or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
