We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on sales and client-facing
experience who can actively drive current business for the agency. This role is ideal for someone
who is confident in conversations, understands agency-style selling, and can manage the full
sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients to pitch JonoJug’s PR and communications
services
Lead client conversations, discovery calls, and pitch meetings independently
Create customised proposals and pitch decks based on client requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates
Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and share weekly BD reports
Work closely with PR and content teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and execution
Support outbound campaigns including emailers, LinkedIn outreach, and event-based lead generation
Track market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities

Qualifications




Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
Proven client-facing experience (agency, PR, marketing, media, or services background preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confidence in pitching services and handling client objections
Working knowledge of CRM tools, email platforms, and LinkedIn for outreach
Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines independently
Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
