CarbonGuru is a climate-tech venture developing agriculture-based carbon removal projects (e.g., biochar, regenerative practices) with Indian smallholder farmers as stewards of the movement. We design and execute high-integrity carbon removal projects that deliver measurable benefits for farmers, markets, and the planet. We work at the intersection of agriculture, climate, and carbon markets to build scalable, ground-up run, and farmer-centric climate solutions.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for a capable individual who wants to work directly with the founders and gain hands-on exposure to "value creation" in agri-carbon. You will contribute across go-to-market strategy, sales, operations, and execution to help CarbonGuru grow as a climate–agri-tech venture.

The role requires an entrepreneurial approach, creative problem-solving,



and strong strategic thinking. You will drive end-to-end execution to serve our customers, partners, and our community of smallholder farmers.

- Build and maintain data pipelines, trackers, and dashboards that give the founders a live view of project performance
- Run project management against SOPs, and improve those SOPs as ground reality changes
- Train implementation partners and field teams on process, tools, and data discipline
- Deliver on targets within deadlines across multiple parallel workstreams
- Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows for faster and more transparent operations

- Frame and test commercial hypotheses, then scale
