The candidate will do service management for IBM FileNet,Captiva and HSBC inHouse product like CCS. He should be aware about IBM FileNet and OTX Captiva solution.The candidate must have good technical knowledge of Java,Linux and must be well versed with ServiceNow
As roles demands, service management,
the candidate will have to connect with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage the service and software to the latest version. The candidate needs to manage end to end project deliveries and should be able resolve any technical issues.
