Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in managing paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance.
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.




Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Create remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns to improve conversions.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to achieve business goals.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the content, design, web development, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
