Role Objective: Aggressively build and scale a high-volume network of direct field executives (verifiers) as the primary engine for our physical verification operations. This role strictly focuses on driving down the blended cost-per-verification by maximizing our direct gig-workforce, while strategically leveraging third-party agency partners to guarantee 100% pin-code coverage where direct sourcing is currently developing.

Design and execute hyper-local recruitment strategies to build a massive, independent verifier network across target pin codes, prioritizing cost-efficiency.
Leverage local job boards, social media, refer-and-earn programs, and community marketing to create a continuous, low-cost acquisition funnel
