Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Years of Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Chennai (OMR - Karapakkam)
Work Mode: WFO

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend development along with up-to-date frontend technologies like React.js or Next.js. The role involves leading development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Skills:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js
Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines




Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Lead technical discussions and guide the development team.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Next.js and modern frontend development practices.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment.
Exposure to unit testing and automation frameworks.
