Role Description The Sr. Sales Executive – Asst. Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with bookstores, educational institutions, distributors, and other key partners within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying current business opportunities, conducting sales visits, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.



The role also involves monitoring market trends,gathering customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams on promotions and inventory. The Sr. Sales Executive – Asst. Territory Manager supports territory planning and contributes to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation.
Experience in territory management and field sales, ideally within publishing, education, or related industries.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain products clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for reporting and planning.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
