Expand Vianaar's presence through real estate brokers, wealth advisors, experience curators, institutional partners, and strategic alliances.
Explore current business opportunities, digital partnerships, and international sales channels.
Partner Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
Monitor partner productivity and implement improvement plans where required.
Drive partner motivation through effective communication and relationship management.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve assigned channel sales targets and revenue objectives.
Manage the sales pipeline using LeadHero CRM and ensure accurate reporting.
Track lead conversions, partner performance, and revenue contribution.




Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities generated through partners.
Marketing & Brand Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing team on co-branded campaigns and partner engagement initiatives.
Support partner-driven lead generation programs and promotional activities.
Ensure all partner communications align with Vianaar's premium brand positioning.
Customer Experience
Ensure channel partners consistently deliver Vianaar's hospitality-led customer experience.
Maintain brand standards throughout the customer journey.
Gather customer and partner feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging distribution opportunities.
Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership on channel performance and market developments.
Represent Vianaar at exhibitions, networking events, industry forums, and partner meets.
