Indifeet is a growing women’s footwear brand focused on creating stylish, comfortable and accessible footwear For Every Naari. We sell through our own website and leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa and other e-commerce platforms.
We are looking for a sharp, proactive and execution-focused individual to join the Founder’s Office - Marketing & Growth. This is a cross-functional role for someone who wants to work closely with the founders and understand how a consumer brand is built-from product research and marketplace growth to advertising and social media.
This is not a role where you will be limited to one marketing function. You will work across performance marketing, e-commerce operations, product strategy, content and business reporting.

Who We Are Looking For
A proactive person who takes ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers, reports and spreadsheets.
Good understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and social media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Curiosity about consumer behaviour, fashion, footwear and emerging trends.
Attention to detail, especially while working on product listings and performance reports.
Willingness to learn quickly and work closely with the founders in a fast-moving setting.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, marketplace advertising, Myntra, Nykaa, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify or Excel will be an advantage.
Experience: 2-3 years
Exceptional freshers with relevant internships, projects or e-commerce experience may also be considered.
