Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and voucher processing.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Verify invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure timely reconciliations.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities while maintaining accurate financial records.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reconcile inventory records and analyze stock valuations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Review vendor and customer account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare financial reports, including cash flow statements, trial balances, aging reports, and MIS reports.
Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
Support internal and external audits by providing timely documentation and reconciliations.
Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Partner with Procurement, Stores, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial and inventory reporting.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
Support payroll processing, tax filings, and other finance-related activities as required.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
