Role Description The Senior Customer Support Executive (Freight Forwarding) is a full time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipment-related information, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal operations teams. Daily activities include handling customer queries via phone and online channels, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and following up to ensure high customer satisfaction.



The role also involves preparing and updating documentation, maintaining service records, and collaborating with sales and operations to meet service commitments. The executive is expected to proactively identify service gaps, suggest improvements, and maintain professional relationships with key accounts in the freight forwarding sector.
3 - 7 years of exp is must.
