Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
Design and implement database interactions using SQL, ensuring correctness, performance, and maintainability.
Build, package, and deploy services in a Tanzu/Kubernetes workplace, supporting reliable releases.
Collaborate on service-to-service integrations, observability, and troubleshooting in production.
Contribute to testing and quality practices for backend services, including regression coverage and release readiness.
Skills Required:
6 - 12 years of relevant backend engineering experience
Java (including common resume variants like java)
Microservices experience (micro services / microservices)
Spring Boot (spring boot / springboot)
Tanzu (tanzu)
SQL (sql)
Good to Have:
AWS (aws / amazon web services)
MySQL (mysql)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
