Role Description The Lead Generation Manager is a full-time,remote role , responsible for driving high-quality sales leads for IrtiqaIO’s cloud, AI, and managed services offerings. This role involves identifying target markets and ideal customer profiles, building and maintaining prospect lists,



and executing lead generation campaigns through channels such as email, social media, and qualified networks. The Lead Generation Manager will qualify inbound and outbound leads, coordinate discovery calls and demos for the sales team, and track lead performance using CRM and analytics tools. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, creating outreach sequences, nurturing prospects through regular follow-ups, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. The role also includes reporting on pipeline health, experimenting with new lead generation tactics, and ensuring an organized, data-driven approach to business development.
