Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect - Java with 11-17 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, driving technology decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end application architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.
Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and cloud-native applications.
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across multiple projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
Establish best practices for software development, CI/CD, security, and quality assurance.
Drive modernization initiatives including microservices transformation and cloud adoption.
Mentor developers, technical leads,



and engineering teams on architecture and design principles.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
Support solution estimations, technical proposals, and customer discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
11-17 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java technologies.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications.
Technical Skills
Solid expertise in Java 8/11/17/21, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design, and architectural principles.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA, ORM frameworks.
