Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to promote and sell our ERP software and IT solutions. This is a field sales, commission-based role with high earning potential, making it ideal for freshers, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals who enjoy meeting clients, closing deals, and getting rewarded for their performance
Key Responsibilities
Visit businesses and potential clients to present our ERP software and IT solutions.
Identify and connect with prospective clients through field visits, phone calls, emails, and online channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate demonstrations with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience are welcome.
Willingness to travel and meet clients for field sales activities.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in interacting with customers.
Interest in technology, ERP software, and IT solutions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
