About the Company

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and execution-oriented Brand Executive to support the planning and execution of QI Spine's brand and marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure consistent brand communication across digital and offline channels while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have robust project coordination skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building a healthcare brand through compelling communication and seamless execution.

Responsibilities

Brand Execution
Support the execution of brand campaigns across digital, offline, and clinic channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.
Coordinate the development and deployment of marketing collateral.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across teams.

Campaign Coordination
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Track campaign timelines,



deliverables, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
Assist in the execution of brand activations, awareness initiatives, and patient engagement campaigns.
Support campaign rollout across clinics and digital platforms.

Content & Communication
Coordinate the creation of content for social media, website, emailers, brochures, and patient communication.
Work with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with the brand.
Assist in developing educational and awareness-focused marketing content.
Review marketing assets to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

Stakeholder & Agency Management
Coordinate with creative, digital, content, and PR agencies for campaign execution.
Liaise with internal teams including Growth, Performance Marketing, Clinical, and Operations.
Manage campaign trackers, approvals, and documentation.
