We're building AI-native products at Jashom Technologies — from inference-optimized pipelines to intelligent business automation. We need a Full Stack Engineer who thinks in systems, writes clean scalable code, and can integrate AI capabilities without hand-holding. If you have strong opinions about architecture and are excited about the LLM ecosystem, this role is for you.

We are looking for a hands-on Fullstack engineer who can design, build, and scale production-grade backend systems. You’ll work on real-world AI and data-driven platforms used by global clients.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs using Node.js.
• Architect backend systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Build microservices using Express.js or NestJS and integrate with third-party APIs.
• Optimize database queries and data models in PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and logging.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

Required Skills:




• Strong proficiency in Node.js with production experience.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event loop, and memory management.
• Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and handling authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
• Knowledge of caching (Redis) and background workers.
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, RAG systems, or data-intensive applications.
• Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
