Role Description The Articled Assistant – CMA will support the firm’s engagements across accounting, auditing, taxation, and consultancy assignments under the guidance of senior team members. Typical day-to-day tasks include, assisting in internal audits, preparing tax working papers and returns, and supporting due diligence reviews. The role also involves preparing financial analyses, drafting reports,



and assisting with management consultancy and basic forensic assignments as required. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with the team and occasional visits to client locations.
Qualifications

Enrolled in CMA (Cost and Management Accounting) course or and cleared both groups, with strong interest in practical training in accounting and audit.
Knowledge of cost accounting principles and standards, including ledger posting, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
Basic understanding of audit procedures, internal controls, sampling, and documentation of working papers.
Foundational awareness of direct and indirect taxation concepts, compliance requirements, and preparation of tax computations.
Ability to conduct structured research, analyze financial data, and contribute to due diligence and management consultancy assignments.
