We are looking for a energetic and experienced Holiday Manager – Sales & Operations (Offshore) to be a key part of our front-end customer engagement and back-end travel operations, working remotely from India in support of our Dubai business.
Job Overview
The Holiday Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for designing, planning, and managing holiday packages and travel experiences for our GCC customer base. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, excellent client-handling skills, and a focus on innovation and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client consultations, and conversions.
Handle customer enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Operations Management
Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of holiday packages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines/transport providers, and accommodation partners to secure optimal deals and quality services.
Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
