The Role
As a Sales & Customer Success Intern, you will support lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, and client success initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to business development, customer interactions, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
Assist in reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and requirements.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Track sales activities and contribute to achieving business goals.
Required Qualifications
BE (Mechanical), BE (Electronics & Telecommunication), BBA, or MBA (MBA preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or business development concepts.
